Abstract

Short Toddler is nutritional status that is suitable for Body Length/Age or Height / Age index wherein anthropometric standard of child nutritional status, the assessment results are in accordance with the threshold (Z-Score) <-2 Deviation Standard up to -3 Deviation Standards (short/inhibited) and <-3 Deviation Standard (very short/very inhibited).  Method: This was an observational study using a cross-sectional design with a sample of 82 people divided into 2 groups: normal children and stunting children. The research value was obtained that there was a significant relationship between child factors published Early Breastfeeding Initiation p-value = <0.001 and zinc content hair value p = 0.046 with the incidence of stunting.
